Bolinthya Rift missing party interface

I know that this is listed under "known issues" but it's been like this for so long that I can only believe the developers have forgotten about this. As it stands, BR is just about impossible for a healer to do their job effectively. I haven't been to Osalon Valley recently but I've heard it suffers from the same problem.
