Odd transport bug

Already happened twice.
-First time I lost 3 transport runes and the toon keep on Varanas, on battle log says, transportation was a success but it wasn't.
-Second time after finishing one castle dailies on Ashlan Valley, I tried to use recall and same thing only that the cooldown of 54m was active and I was still on the same place. At this time I couldn't eiter use mana potions or summon my mount. Healing potions were ok.

Was no lag, because I went all the way to silverfall to take snoopy to Varanas.
