Cant Equip gear that is "Binds When Equipped"

hello all,

For a couple weeks now none of my avatars on my account can equip gear that is "binds when equipped"...
it gets stuck on the confirmation of whether i want to equip it or not. I click the confirm button many times and it does nothing. Please fix this :)

disable addons. guildie had this problem, removing addons fixed it.
