Today I was in same boat. Checked every place in every channel. No Richie III to be found anywhere. Was going to see if I can get someone to hunt him for the same reward, but then run Course of Terror, checked again, and saved myself a mil. The "impossible to find" Richie was standing there.

They are hard to find, sure, but persistence pays off. Last year my 14-days sequence had 3 of those quests, and did not get broken.

I put alts in every location on every channel, when I say Richie III is not there, I'm sure of it.

I found him. He must've gone to Reni. :p

All 3 of them are double spawned today. Hard to see except for when he does his animation, and his clone does not, so you see 4 hands and 2 heads.

Oh, and Richie I, not to be outdone, is spawned 4 times, in two locations.

I ama tellin ya, the place is drownin in Richies. Cant swing a dead possum without hitting one.

Now, cows, that is another story... Cowboy quest is down to 2 cows now. Still works, but something tells me too many people somewhere in Varanas must've ordered filet mignons.

It is possible that in order to keep Richie population up, they are messing with scripts and Richies are not despawning properly. Which is fine - I think despawning them when you find them was not a bright idea in first place.

I would much rather see too many Riches than too few anyway.

And I am not naked. I have pink hat on. :p
