Skill Recover and pvp

Whenever I (as a druid/scout havent checked with any other druid) cast Recover (note that the d/s recover is different then other druids' recover) on any person (friendly) using a magic immunity pot (or herald's fearless or just magic immunity skill too) will get a immune message flash on the screen and be unable to give them the heals for the duration of that pot/skill.

PS: its easier to c that it doesnt even work in the house while all the others do.
