Still can't log in.

Its been 5 days now and still can't log my account in but can log any other account in.. Videos have been sent.. Accounts have been verified.. When you chose the toon and select enter world nothing happens.. Any feedback?

If you are having issues with your account, the only thing I can suggest is you remain in contact with Support.

I am having the same problem on Indigo. It has been about 50 days now, and i still cannot log in. I even tried creating a new character on indigo, and cannot log in with him either. But, I can log into any other server no problem. i have did a clean download/ install. I deleted the character files in documents> runesofmagic. I have even removed the addons folder. this is b.s. All of my money/ items from a.h. expire after 30 days, and im missing out on all the sales.
