[Break] Quest

The Quest [Break], acquired from Callaway Kalume at sanctuary of balance has a chance to break and never being able to complete afterwards.

What you have to do is follow Jill Ayekin for 4-5 seconds and it'll complete if done so, but if not done correctly or make a mistake like myself that'll ill say below, you wont be able to complete the quest.

Zone: Chrysalia
Quest giver: Callaway Kalume

How to somewhat repeat the bug: If someone is going through the dialog of NPC's from the previous 3-5 quest and you ask Jill to start how quest, a message will appear and say that the quest is currently active and if you want to miss part of the experience of doing the quest press Yes, or if you want to experience the whole quest press No.

I did press no for awhile fearing something stupid but took to long and decided to press yes. All that happened to me was that she disappeared and never returned.

Nothing by far has fixed this issue, relogging/changing channels and other things.

Even if you have the quest and someone else starts jill, you can see that jill but following her does nothing no matter what.

break is working now. If it still bugs out, try switching channels.

Yep, "Break" is broke for me too. Tried all channels, relogging, dropping/reaccepting quest... even tried it again the next day. So until this is fixed I have no way to progress except with dailies... yea, thanks RoM for giving me yet another reason to not spend money on you.

You guys are lucky. I show up in Sanctuary of Balance and I cant even get Jill and Callaway to show up on my screen.

I was told that this is how you continue the questline to get into the nest and such.

Ha! My Yujin Angerfang would not even give me the message that Toni wants to see me. Took 1.5 day of messing around, then one relog I see yellow ! where Angerfang is.

Then Toni pulled a no-show. Quest says to give message to Morrok and Toni, and Morrok is standing right there where quest giver is meant to be, but Toni is not, and search for Kalume points to that location. Finally found him in one of three channels.

RW should really give Frogs/GF a tool that would grant quest completion to a specific character. Too many quests are glitchy and would not complete for some people or would not reset cleanly when dropped. Of course, that would assume that most players are going to be capable of supplying the information on problematic quest, something that not likely to be the case.

This quest was broken for me too. I read somewhere that abandoning the quest and dying would work and it did for me.

I confirm when jill disappears during this quest you do have to abandon the quest and die for jill to show up again. Nothing else worked for me (changing channels, relogging, deleting the character folder, abandoning the quest, leaving zone, going in house)
