juice festival NPC's

There are 3 juice festival NPC's, in varnas, on govinda who do not have actual names, and 2 who's quest offerings are code gibberish. This really impacts the festival accomplishments.

I can't complete any quests that give you certificates because of this. Are they plannig on fixing it?

[COLOR=white !important]oh this is just awesome! we get bombarded with 3 long announcements and the scrolling announcement for the "Juice Courier" quest thats SUPPOSED TO BE in DALANIS...when the whole time the QUEST/"barrels" are in VARANAS!!!!!!! what does bill blake in dalanis have to do with a quest in varanas? no wonder i couldnt sign up with him....its some SYS_NAME( no not the exact name of the npc) in front of varanas bridge that you sign up with....and turn in the quest...last year the quest was in dalanis with bill blake as the npc sign up...but they changed it and didnt change the LONG announcement you get in your chat window...grrrrr cant you guys at rom get ANYTHING RIGHT????!!!!!!!!!!

there are also several other npcs with the SYS####### names who have quests but u cant understand what you're supposed to do..

days of incomplete event quests....

indigo....i hope you guys extend this event so we can get what we need out of the event

Looks like more loca errors as on the EN/EU server, the scrolling banner is for Varanas.
