Garon's Mutation

This quest seems to be broke now. Cant complete in order to continue the epic quest line. Had a lot of guildies complete it yesterday with no problems. I've tried switching channels, loggin off and on, dropping the quest and picking it up again. Lots of ppl are starting to complain about it being broken now and unable to complete it no matter what we try. Some help or a fix would be nice tyvm.

Bust on Reni also ...... isn't it so nice to see the first 25 people who came along and did the quest go on to lvl 75 while we will wait forever at lvl 73 till they fix it

Yup broken. Hope they fix this soon, it's the only quest I have in the zone so now I'm at a standstill.

on artemis the mobs for this spawn very slowly and only in channel 3. It will probably break all the way very soon.

Several mobs that used to be respawning are not. Elementals for this quest are stopping people but I figure the quest line takes you down the road to Kulech next and mobs are gone there too. The Alliance soldiers that used to be fighting the Kulech at Death Passage are now standing idle.

While I am not happy to see this problem, can we for once not act like drama queens? They will be back on Tuesday, after maintenance, either fixed permanently or not, but available to those who are stuck.

I was able to finish this quest yesterday. Elementals weren't spawning on ch.1, but changed to ch.2 and it was going on just fine. Did you try all channels?

where are these spawning? ive checked all channels and still nothing.

I think they disabled the battlefield for two reasons: 1) some quests (like Study Kulech Corpses) weren't working. 2) The mobs spawned at a high rate and are too easy to kill with the help of the npc's, so people (even I did it) could fill a 1 million XP charm in 20 min. So hopefully on Tuesday it will get fixed.

On the AU server its broken too, but when we had a local GMs they would manualy spawn the mobs for us. Guess they don't do it for you guys.

Our GMs seem to mostly work during specific hours and are hard at work resolving tickets and thus are too busy to show up in-game to put a temporary fix to a runewaker issue.

I really doubt a GM goes in to disable the battlefield because the spawn is too high either. That is just the game breaking itself due to bad design.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

Seems to still be broken on Reni, I just came back to game a few days ago and am stuck with no more quests in the zone till I can get those 5 Elemental Crystals. And sadly can't change chanels either because they only allowing 1 channel to be active.

Is there any hope for finishing this quest other then server resets? I have now 0 quests in Rorazan or Chrysalia that I can do to finish leveling. However I have seen there are another 40+ quests that open up once I pass this story quest. Kind of upsetting knowing I can not continue in the zone because of poor programming and no responses from GM's.

Only 2 ways to finish this, be on right after a maint (while they are actually spawning) or Runewalker to actually fix and patch it. Guess which is your best shot?
