Military Emergency Quest

I cant get the raid to spawn is this a bug that hasnt been fixed or is there some trick like switching channels any help would be appreciated

i ave had the same truble i did swich to ch1 and the mobs to spawn but i killed them then it did not complet

i hope it gits fix soon i dont want to have two high level acc broke with lots of idems that i have spent real monie to get
