lvl 75 chest recipes

Hi I just wanted to report that I don't seem to be able to find the new level 75 chest crafting recipes that are required to make the new level 75 gear and weapons. I have looked all over for different NPC's and can't seem to locate them anywhere. Are these recipes even added into the game yet? It would seem this has been overlooked and/or is bugged. Would really like to be able to craft those level 75 items.

Yet another maintenance and still no recipes :mad:

BTW the rarer mats (pine stone etc.) cannot be refined, another bug I assume.
