anyone else have a landscaping problem? Fixes?

My entire RoM world looks like this for the past few weeks now. Anybody else having/had this problem and what can I do about it?

You've got one or more corrupted texture files in your game installation. The only way to fix this is to download the current Chapter V installation files (full or slim client) and reinstall/repatch. I strongly recommend temporarily disabling both your anti-virus and firewall programs before downloading, installing, and patching. Re-enable them after you're finished.

PS: Don't use any existing installation files--delete them and redownload fresh ones.
