curse: sys_623439

sys_623439, this curse was cast by a ghost from the event ghost hunting during the pumpkin festival. It hasn't disappeared yet and limited information is available because I am unable to read what the curse is. This curse restricts me from using a mount. Hopefully it will disappear but after 10 minutes I am starting to wonder.
