Chrysalia quest bug

Quest: Dignity for the Fallen

cannot be completed




Tried to abbandon quest, redo, switch channel, and everything together, simply I cannot click on npc to complete quest. And as you can see on screenshots, I can see conditions complete for the quest on map, but not above the npc.
