Parade and Little Annie - Reni

The Monster Parade on channel 1 and 2 are broken. The NPCs are stuck on the road to Forsaken Abby or fighting bats in the Forsaken Abby graveyard. On channel 3, the parade was working only on the half hour, but as of this morning, it seems to be broken as well. Also, Little Annie is missing on all 3 channels.
