So we were in party where everybody is over 55, trying to get attuned for ZS and low and behold, Sharleedah just drops a pair of boots, no documents to get attuned at all. Bug or not??
I was trying to attune an alt the other day for it...took me 3 kills before the documents dropped for either character. I'm assuming it has a chance to drop like everything else >.<

It used to be a 100% drop for everyone in party (regardless of level / already attuned) but from everything I've seen/heard/read in recent months that seem's to not be the case anymore...
ah that's a bummer.... hopefully the respawn time might go down then (will believe it when I see it!), hard enough to get a group together, even worse if you're not guaranteed to get attuned.
