unnamed debuff bug

I posted to the forums not long ago about my guildie, andrewsoul, and his unnamed debuff glitch and how it won't go away. Nytefall recomended we try PKing him. Unfortunately that didn't work, and when he sent in a ticket the same standard reply. So.. now what?

Could you please ask your guildie to contact me in private message on forum and give me the ticket ID for the issue from the ticket that he opened?
