Runes of Magic US / AU

I posted this under the mage forum but since it is a bug and as far as I can tell, it has not been posted here yet. When cursed fangs is used normally it is just a dot, nothing else. When you get one of your elites later on you get a buff that while it is active gives more dark damage as well as gives cursed fangs an initial damage hit, Electric Bolt. Well the 70 gives a kick back to Shadow Protection, i think thats what it is called, that fires a cursed fangs at the attacker. Problem is, now cursed fangs no longer get the initial damage hit. Not from the kick back, which is fine, nor when used normally. This is with and with out the buff that is needed to give such an effect. So, the 70 elite is working as intended but it broke how cursed fangs normally works.
