Runes of Magic US / AU

Hey, I'm trying to work my way through the Thousand Years of Slavery line, and I've gotten to the point where I need to net Inmakat, but even though it's marked as hostile, I can't attack it. Nothing works. Trying to attack moves me to its position, but doesn't attack, like clicking on "friendly" NPCs. Skills all say "Spell Target Error." I've tried relogging, abandoning/reaccepting, and channel switching, and nothing seems to work. Even fired off an AoE in his general vicinity, and: no damage.

Is he bugged, or am I just doing something wrong?

Oh yeah, I've got the net. But it doesn't work, because "Inmakat is still resisting," and I "cannot use the Net of Solo properly." ß) Quest info online says I have to knock him down to >50% before it'll work. Which is difficult for me at the moment, since I can't attack him in any way, shape, form, or imaginable fashion. Heh...

Just had a couple of people come out and try to attack it. No go. Nobody can hurt the thing. It's definitely busted. Heh...

He's the same color as all the other hostiles in the area. But for some reason, the engine's treating it like a friendly. No attacks work, AoEs don't hit it, and all other skills throw spell target error.

It's a really annoying problem. It's sorta put a grinding and overly dissatisfying halt on progression through an epic chain. Heh. I really hope something can be done about it.
