It has been a week now and on my ticket it has been passed up the chain of command two times to be at a Team leaders desk.
Not sure if this is a good or bad thing but how difficult is this to resolve.
Yes I am a bit frustrated over the mishap by now. I have effectively lost 15 Golden Repair hammers, 6 Marking Inks, 3 Big Angel Sighs, 30 Transport runes, 15 Xp/Tp Pots. I paid for those items by purchasing Zeevex points. It was the Redeem Key page that ate them so I will assume that it is a mishap on RoM's part and not Zeevex.
Do you need me to start posting the screenshots from my digital locker so you can see when I received and revealed the Codes?
Really got the feeling that they are gonna say we have to take it up with Zeevex when it was the Gameforge website that was messed up, so easy to roll the blame elsewhere.
