Redeeming keys not working

When trying to Redeem any key, me and others have been getting this response,

Something went wrong while attempting to redeem this key. Please try again.


Attempted with 6 different keys and afterwards trying those 6 keys again it gave " this key has already been redeemed."

Anyone else having these issues today?

REDEEM KEY page broke

i tried to redeem a get for adventurer pack code and gave an error now tells me they have been redeemed.

Now i have a few codes they say are redeemed. WTF

Same has happened to me, I tried three different codes all received on different dates and even one I tried was from Friday the 23 from a Zeevex card I redeemed.

Kept me from buying diamonds over the weekend.

I have contacted support and the ticket has not even been reviewed but I also placed a complaint with Zeevex and at least they responded saying they would look into to it.

I finally heard from Support, so they are aware of the problem we are having with Adventure Pack Codes not working.

Just an assumption but wonder if someone made a key gen and generated a bunch of the codes to get packs for free.

Looking around I did see a key gen for Diamond Cards....do not think it works anymore, I did not try it because usually those types of sites are infested with Viruses/Web Hijack programs.

Double post I know but no activity over 24hour period.

Anyways the codes are working now, not the ones we tried to redeem they still all say "Code already Redeemed".

Guess we are probably out the codes we attempted, which is highly irritating as a customer. They need to be replaced, and should be replaced by RoM.

We did pay for those codes even thou they call them a bonus.

But the redeem key page does work now.

Really wish they had a US customer service number that we could call, do not feel like paying for oversea phone charges. Would cost me more to call them than the loss of three adv packs.

I can concur. i tested a couple codes and they worked correctly. still no response on my ticket for the 3 boched ones either BTW

It has been a week now and on my ticket it has been passed up the chain of command two times to be at a Team leaders desk.

Not sure if this is a good or bad thing but how difficult is this to resolve.

Yes I am a bit frustrated over the mishap by now. I have effectively lost 15 Golden Repair hammers, 6 Marking Inks, 3 Big Angel Sighs, 30 Transport runes, 15 Xp/Tp Pots. I paid for those items by purchasing Zeevex points. It was the Redeem Key page that ate them so I will assume that it is a mishap on RoM's part and not Zeevex.

Do you need me to start posting the screenshots from my digital locker so you can see when I received and revealed the Codes?

Really got the feeling that they are gonna say we have to take it up with Zeevex when it was the Gameforge website that was messed up, so easy to roll the blame elsewhere.

Here is the wonderfull response you will get when submitting a ticket about the redeem Key page not handing out the codes and giving you an error and then telling you that your code was already redeemed.

Guess what Support.........I would have never submitted my ticket if the code had been successfully redeemed.

You know we all are aware that the Redeem Key page stated that the code was redeeemed but none of us got the Voucher ID or the Password to be able to claim our package in game.

I got the same impression saum02 and I see we were edited by Nytefall.

So did you ever get the email with your Voucher ID ( which is always the same ) and a Password

All my Codes that have worked and I did receive emails for call the Voucher ID a Gift Code then Password.

They prob just checked logs and the Redeem Key logs show the keys being redeemed but what happened was....

We went and typed in our bonus code from Zeevex after we signed into the Redeem Key Page, Then the Redeem Key page would return an error code for our Bonus Code. Then upon a second entry and attempt at redeeming the code you would get the message that the "Code had Already been redeemed.".

So as bout as simple as I can explain this.

We attempted to redeem our Adventure Pack Code keys from Zeevex....the RoM webpage for Redeem Key gave us an error. The Redeem Key page never sent us an email nor did it ever give us the Voucher ID ( Gift Code ) or a Password.


So maybe we just need to keep flooding support with tickets since they keep closing them stating that the code was redeemed.

nytefall you edited our posts so you have read the problems, maybe you can make it clear to your support what the issue is.

You can check our accounts and see that we never redeemed the supposed code in game, I can provide the information showing when I received and revealed the code from Zeevex.

Another week plus and no resolution about our missing adventure pack codes/emails.

I wonder if they figured it out and resent the adv pack code email....that would fix our issue unless someone used a key gen and the codes were already redeemed before we ever received them. Then they would have to take a look at each of our accounts to see that we did not redeem the codes.

Is always such wonderful business practice to steal your customers money. The customer is not responsible for you security, if someone hacked/key gen'd your codes then that is the companies problem and should not be passed on to the customer as Sorry bout your luck we just stole you CASH hahahahaha.

Folks, please keep in contact with support about this - I know that there is at least one person dedicated only to this issue.

Regrettably, it seems that the resolution is somewhat time-intensive, but I can confirm that people are receiving replacement codes when Support can detect the loss.
