Rogue/Preist Demonstration of Evil 70 Elite

The elite is taking rogue energy it shouldnt be. When it activates a Low Blow or Blind Attack end up taking double the rogue energy.

In effect this bug is crippling this character as I run outta rogue energy after 2 hits meaning I cant even do 1 Wound Attack maxed.
