Runes of Magic US / AU

Hi, I think I found a bug in the game/a problem with the game. There is a problem with crashing. Whenever you open/obtain an item and then crash, you lose the item. I just won siege and got my glorious packages. I opened the packages and then I got the crash notification. I then relogged and lost all my Glorious packages. I know glorious packages aren't worth much but couple days ago my friend bought this earring. When she went to go to the mailbox to obtain her item, she crashed and when she relogged she never found the earring in the mailbox. She searched her full bag, equipment, everywhere, it wasn't insight. I think this might be a bug ingame or a technical problem with the game. I'm just pointing out this problem, from what I've seen I believe there is a problem with obtaining items and then crashing.
