[Wrong Format] Autumn festvial

Egg Thief
- Event type: collect items
- Start location: Varanas
- Event Location: Silverspring
- Event Target: collect and exchange items from NPCs to receive a reward


Server: Artemis

channel 1 isn't spawning at all
channel 2 and 3 aren't spawning hardly any eggs.

went from being able to get 20-25 eggs to not getting over 8 spawns

plz fix
