[No bug] not sure if this is a bug or not

hi i'm not sure if this is a bug or not or if has already been dealt with in another thread then i'm sorry for posting again but the problem i'm having is i just recently started playing rom again after over a year or more of not being able to play and when i went into my house i thought things were fine as support resolved my last issue about my house chest being gone they gave me new ones for my houses but last night i remembered that i used to get an xp and a tp bonus when i was in my house i looked at the descriptions of my house furniture and it says on some of them that it gives an xp or tp bonus depending on thr furniture but there is no bonus and the description says that the effect goes away when the furniture is placed in a guild castle butt I've never been in a castle as i'm not part of any guild. is this a bug or does the xp/tp bonus run out after a certain level or time period? what can i do to get the bonuses back? thanks.

Are the slots the tp/xp bonus furniture is placed in still active or were these rented slots and the rent ran out?

If they are in available slots it might help to put it back in your inventory and place it again.
