Castle buildings non-funtional.

Thursday we built the Drill Grounds I and associated Buff Towers outside the castle. They are non-funtional in game nor in Seige.

Zone is not open! from Drill Grounds.

This hasn't started yet. for the Growth, Fortune and Attack buff towers.

We'd like to ungrade further but are obviously holding back untill they are functional.

I'm pretty sure Drill Grounds are disables because there was a bug that was being exploited a while back.

The Drill Grounds were disabled for siege due to a known exploit. No ETA as to when they'll be fixed and operational.

Your guild leader will need to activate the buff towers that were moved.

im hoping that because its after the fact and you guys are fixing it, you could explain what the exploit was. Cuz im having a hard time figuring out how a drill ground could give you an edge somehow lol

I am the Guild Leader. I suppose I will have to look into how to activate the buff towers. They are a new build, I assumed they would just be funtional at that point.

The Drill Grounds do not function outside of seige either.

The buff towers are active.


Why would they not just be active once they are built? Other buildings just work once built.


I appreciate the reply. I would not have looked to activate them without it.

It's better if they don't. If the exploit is fixed but something happens later that makes it work again then we'd all know how to exploit it, get tons of gold, and then our server economies would suffer massive inflation unlike anything they currently have experienced.

Those buff towers require a daily amount of gold to operate so they are built in the "off" position - just like vacuum cleaners!

I just realized the switch is there because of the hourly cost for buff towers, then I saw your post Inferiority.

BTW, the game has far out advanced the benefit of the attack and defense buff towers.

Drill Grounds does have a function outside of sw. It has mini games inside that you can earn free D & E Ph Pots as well as other items of use (BAS, Destiny Ring). Starting to get low on pots, hope they fix it soon.

As it was stated earlier in this topic the Drill Ground Zone was closed due to some bug with mass honor or w/e....but knowing Runewakers ability to fix bugs, I doubt you'll see the inside of the Drill Ground before the game is shut down.......

I certainly hope they manage to fix it before we get our drillgrounds to max level, we are currently working on Library 7 as its a prereq. for Drillgrounds.

As far as I know, Drill grounds have always worked in siege...but not out of seige for the longest time
