New Marriage Pet Dissapears

Hi, I just got this new marriage pet that you just added to the game, Romance Elemental- Pet Egg (Permanent), and it just disappeared when I logged out. Can you please get me a new one. I also don't think the love point system works because I was in a group with my spouse in game, got the pets out, and no notifications that i got 1 love point in 15 minutes. My character is Dance in Reni Server. Thank you.

im not 100% certain as to how but the new pet person is in varanas central by the mailbox on the bank side.

Found her too, went with wife (lvl 3 marriage) but doesnt say anything interesting :) Probs needs to be higher level I guess.

First you have to be LV 5 relationship to get the pet. There will be a person in Varanas Central next to bank mail box whom you can get it from.

Second it doesn't tell you how many you have accumulated until you reach 30 points. then it keeps tally.

It disappearing when you log out: meaning from back pack? or as in it recalled? Recalling is norm. Not in back pack is an issue.
