Demonstration Battle Daily

I can complete the Public Demonstration Battle fine, but when I selected the Daily and then select volunteer for demonstration, the monster spwns and then disappears,

the npc says: Uh.. Perhaps the knight isn't in the mood today. Lets continue the previous part.

changed to ch1 and selected volunteer for demonstration and nothing happens

yes I know it sometimes bugs, but I have never seen the monster just spwn and disappear ><
