Ditched quest and orig giver wont show back up

During the Morrok line when hes in the one camp and says something like i must run forward i went afk and ditched the quest figuring i could just pick it back up and then follow him again and he wont show back up even after maintenance is there this happened in Chrysalia

First off, never ever ditch morrok quests. Don't start a new phase unless you can get to a stopping point (where the npc is standing in front of you either for completion or start).

What you might need to do is go back a few steps, see if you can search for morrok and if he's around anywhere.

have already went up and down Rorazan and Chrysalia they are no where and i actually went up and down the maps in every spot

Check available quests, visit the npcs and see if any of them look like quests you've done. Sometimes if drop morrok, to pick it up again, you have to go back a few quests. But that was back in days.
