World Chat Circle Missed

The circles we have for the different chats we're has 1 circle missing. "World Chat" is now gone from these circles.


Not that it is a big deal or anything in that of itself, but as an apparent result (and the reason I noticed it) when I went to change colors of my channels they were always one off.
Example: My 1 channel color doesn't effect anything. My 2 channel color will appear as my 1 channel color. 3 channel as 2, so on, until I can't change my last channel.
