So I'm beebopping along making a R/M which has been the most fun character I've played, and I've played a ton of them. The problem is that once you obtain the elite skill Day of Rain, the damage calculation for Throw, Combo Throw (i hear but havent tested), and Day of Rain gets messed up. All three of these skills are based off of main hand weapon DPS + projectile damage. Currently with the elite as is, it seems as if it is only using the projectile damage. I noticed this because before I received the elite Day of Rain my basic throw was doing about 900-1000 (only level 29 mind you) with the skill maxed. As soon as I leveled and maxed my throw skill again I went and got my elite, Day of Rain. My first clue was that Day of Rain only did about 150 damage to the targets, when my other AoE was over 400 and it's power is only half as strong as Day of Rain (both plussed to the same exact level). So I tested my throw. As suspected, I went from doing 900-1000 damage with throw to about 200. The only thing that changed was that I gained a level, which should have increased my damage by plussing the skilll, and the elite skill Day of Rain. Oddly enough however, Enlivened Blade was not effected, so there must be something in the scripting for throw, combo throw and Day of Rain that is prohibiting them from factoring in main hand weapon dps even though it's in their skill descriptions. This also means that my level 30/30 warlock/rogue's off side throw skill now does more than my 30/30 rogue/mage's primary throw skill. Which, need I remind you, is the entire point of this combination. A timely fix would be nice, since I actually found a combo that I love to play, but I'm doubtful.
