First Meeting

I tried to complete the quest "First Meeting" in the Sanctuary of Balance over a month ago when it bugged and just kind of froze. I thought if I canceled it maybe I could complete it on a different channel. After canceling the quest I couldn't get the quest again and the npcs stayed froze but only showed up on channel 3. I hoped that the server Maintenance would reset the npcs for me. Now when I go there there are no npc on any channel. I am currently out of quests except for an area I can't get to yet due to not having completed the quest chain. This quest is part of the chain I need to complete.

This has kept me from playing for over a month and I need it resolved.

Please advise what I need to do to fix this.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with a quest. At times when dropping a quest most of the time you are able to pick it back up again and then sometimes there can be an error when trying to get the quest back. But please submit a ticket if you haven't already. I am sure support will be happy to assisst you on your issue. Maybe they can give you some information that we can not give you here in the forums.
