TP sets to zero when character levels up

Today when I lvl a character the TP resets to zero even if I have spare TP after lvling a skill. In otherwords, I lose what is there or accumulated killing mobs, completing quests and what is given at lvl up. Has anyone else had this problem? It's occurred on 2 of my characters I played today. Afraid to play the others until this is fixed.

I heard there is an addon that auto-allocates TP for you but I don't know for certain, nor do I know what it's called.

Hello EmeraldCollins,

I have not seen any other complaints about TP disappearing on level up. Can you please try it with a completely new character and see if it happens again? If it does, can you also try removing all your add-ons causing problems.

When you say your TP is set to zero is your current or total TP?

I had some addons but none that were suppose to automatically allocate. I uninstalled RoM and reinstalled removing all the addons and new character did receive all her TP. And yes it total TP even what was accumulated.

Sorry, I may not have fully understood what you meant.

Can you try to rephrase what you meant?

Did all your TP get reset to 0 or was it your current TP set to 0?

Total TP vs Current TP.

It's an add-on. If you do a search in the bug forum, you'll find threads from people who have the same issue. I don't remember what it's called or if there's a way to keep the add-on but make it not automatically use your TP, though, since I've never used it.
