EOJ bug?

I had approximately 8700 EOJ and went to buy a couple stats for a new guildie to do his wings. Before last maintenance, you paid 150 or whatever the discount price for rolls if you had over 5,000 EOJ. The vendor listed the price as 150eoj+gold but I was charged 999 EOJ. Lost almost 2700 eoj. Is this a new implementation or a bug? I sent a report off but I doubt I will hear back. If I do it will likely be the standard "we have notified development but cannot reimburse your items" reply.

As far as I know, this is a bug - there's one item on that vendor (I think it's an earring, though I've stayed away from purchasing the accessories for that reason) that says it will charge you 150, but charges 999 instead.

Submitting a ticket is the right thing to do, as I've heard of people being reimbursed in this situation.
