the first skill i'm thinking about is rock protection which is a druid primary skill, at lvl 50 it says reduce incoming damage by 99% which from what i experienced is mostly right in pve purpose, but it seems to have trouble in pvp notably siege where the damage reduction isnt as high as i should be. have used it against icebladers many times and the 50k hit were hitting for 10k after the use of the skill instead of the 500 which should be expected from reading the description. if it isnt intended to be 99% i would apreciate to see the real number on the description, otherwise fixing it so it is always 99% would be very apreciated.
It doesn't work on some elite damage skills. Not all the way, at least. It blocks some of the damage, but much more damage gets through than should. Ice Blade and a few scout skills are the ones I've noticed more (mainly due to them being ranged attackers), but I'm sure there are many other skills that get through it too. People have reported it before.
If it was intended to be nerfed in PvP, I really don't get why, since all P/X and X/P get a 5 second
complete immune.
