Great way to start a year [Raid Plan!]

Wonderful way to start out a year Gameforge,
Screwed out of 2 Double EXP events Xmas and New years, Looked up the problem on forums the first time I had troubles with the quest. One of your authorities said to submit a ticket, only for me to get told that I have to wait, you don't say. No compensation for missing out on 2 Double EXP events, quest line is still broken and has been for a month, and I can't even get auto passed on the quest. Brilliant, thanks again for showing us what your company stands for, Only care about making money, and horrible customer support. :o

At least you got told to wait I know others including myself were given the excuse of a skeleton crew over the holidays and had our tickets closed with no resolve
