fishlike creatures

the fish like creatures in weeping coast are not displaying correctly. Sometimes it shows half thier limbs or there limbs being distorted. It also looks like they are flying or swimming doing their motions back and forth.Not like before where they walked on the ground.

closer look its not that their limbs are missing they are just going through objects because they are not properly planted to the ground
