Osha Problem, no monsters

in the crysalia zone, bloody battlefied... there are No Monsters, no kulech movers, no blooddrinkers, no destroyers no Nothing!! in ANY Channel, not one, not two not on three...

doublexp event happening (cause server was broke) and now area broke and cant complete quests :(

surprise surprise...but don't worry, you'll be told to wait till Maint to catch the mobs while they spawn.
