Secondary password reset button Only effects "main" server, Having issues logging into ROM now because of it I would like to start over but I have money invested in one server and while its tempting I really don't want to lose the mounts I have there.

I am a victim of being pushed too far too fast and I didn't have time to really learn as I should have given myself and I have only myself to blame for that I suppose Still thou I would love to keep the mounts but start fresh ya know I did spend the bulk of 25$ on them would be nice to use them on ALL my characters in that server not just one but still can't access my alt server because of the reset issue.

Firstly, this is not a game bug, and the thread is in the wrong forum.

Secondly, you didn't specify what kind of password reset: Forum password, game password, or Support account password.

More information on this would be helpful. However, I will say that nobody on the CM Team can give you any direct assistance, but we can possibly point you in the right direction.

I do apologize for not addressing this issue earlier. There are times when the New Posts scan misses new threads and posts.
