Runes of Magic US / AU

Ok so I know I reset my secondary password but for some odd reason it keeps wanting to give me the error message to spite the fact I recently reset it (as one is to change it to keep it secure bla bal <-- did I mention i think this is total BS but I still sometimes change my pass and e-mail.)

Long story short the bubble edgedness of makeing a secondary pass nessary has struck yet again. the system is bugged and I cant peg exactly where or what its ding but I know i can't access the Reni server thou I know I'm using my old pass it is not reconizeing it. to make matters worse after reset It does not recognize that i reset the secondary passwords.

(Update: I can delete characters again in artimes but I still unable to acess other servers and I KNOW without a doubt I am using the right secondary pass in Osha.

I havent tested other servers yet but I have subbed a note abotu how unhappy i was with this system before.

now this system i dont liek is crrupted and its causing difficultys loging in to the server. if this continues it may not be worth it to buy more diamonds for new mounts on my other characters (that i want to keep)

update: ok its doing it with Osha too the not being able to reset.

I should also note that the help desk is refusing to let players log in.
