Detailed description of the problem:
When this buffed is used, normal attacks no longer give the additional "enchanted throw" (ID: 49117 damage.

Title: Rogue / Mage vengeance sting does not proc if the rogue / mage being attacked is hit by a critical attack

Quoted

If you are attacked while Enchanted Throw is in effect, this will inflict 50.0% main hand weapon DPS + 1.00 x Projectile Damage physical damage to your attacker. You will also receive a Retaliation Resistance effect which reduces received Physical Damage and Magical Damage by 10.0%. Lasts 4.0 seconds.

Description: I had someone attack me, and vengeance sting only went off when I was hit with a non critical attack.

Additional :

First, I made sure my buff was applied. (Enchanted throw needs to be on for the vengeance sting to proc).

Second, I watched my damage in meter, and damage out meter.

Third: If I was hit by a crit (whether it was a physical move, or a magical cast), vengeance sting DID NOT GO OFF.

Fouth: If it was NOT a crit (whether it was a physical move, or a magical cast), vengeance sting DOES GO OFF.
