Daily quests not reseting every day

Title: Daily quests not reseting every day.

Description: During the past week when I have logged in one of my characters the daily quests have been unavailable. I log in on this character between 0330 Local (2230 GMT) and 0400 local (2300 GMT) and am on for an hour to an hour an a half. I have not been on past 0530 local (0030 GMT). I have not logged in later during the day as it will be past the 0800 PST (1600 GMT) daily reset. Oh, this has not affected the event daily quests they have been available each day. This is just going on with the dailies to get the Phirius Token Coins.

Version: 5.0.7.2622.en

Server: Artemis.

P.S. I really hate how this forum logs me out while I'm busy making a posting.

UPDATE: Ok, happened again today. I have screen shot of getting quests yesterday and a bulletin board not having any listed today apx 24 hours later. Seeing as how there is not in game clock I'm not sure they would benefit you. Also, I am able to run the mini's on this character, just not do my dailies. Would appreciate some love here to make up for the lost exp/tp.

Same on Govinda. It did not happen on all my characters, but it does happen on a few of them.
