Mage Passive Buff Wisdom bugged

Whenever you increase the mage general skill "Wisdom", it should increase the % by 0.1. But from level 75 to level 76, both give 7.8%.

Wisdom at level 76 should give 7.9% Int, not 7.8%.

I think something with the skill nimble hands for rogue do the same thing, you need to lvl it two times to give 7.9 i guess. Not sure though, but i think it works like a y=k^-x. So you gain less and less each time you lvl ?

A lot of skills do that. Could also be a rounding error or something. The buff usuall has a % and flat number part, and you should notice the flat number part of it also increased. So it could have went from 7.75% + number to 7.83 + higher number but due to rounding looked the same.
