Runes of Magic US / AU

I've reported on this being broken and not generating the rage for warriors which has been fixed but in turn broke the skill in another way.

skill reads(Capped at level 50) "when your devour blood is triggered, it recovers 30.0 of your companions' rage, focus, and energy."

The skill isn't registering that I've put points into it. It's only regenerating what the skill is at level 1, which is 2 focus, energy, and rage.

I've done very short video's testing. And i've used a skill reset stone to see if that might fix the bug, which it never.

The video quality isn't great due to me trying to make up for my crappy internet connection D: but you can still read skills and the chatbox!
