Runes of Magic US / AU

I do have multiple accounts. When I log into my main account I get logged in without a problem.
When I try to log into my 2nd account what happens, as of the patch today, is I go to the Confirmation screen (and confirm). Then I go to the Login screen. I enter in userID/pass info. It quickly pops up saying 'Obtaining Server List' and then quickly goes back to the Confirmation screen with everything greyed out and I can not go any further.
I only have that problem when trying to log into my 2nd account and not my main one. Is anybody else having that problem or is there anything that can be done to get it fixed?

Don't know why but after many more tries I was finally able to get logged into the account. I didn't do anything different but I can get in now.
