Discussion Quest in TB is bugged... come on RoM...

So after finally fixing the vilas katz bugged quest, few quests down the road "Discussion" Is now bugged. in this quest you witness a dialogue scene betwen Kalume and friends and Sismond. at the end of the discussion Sismond will state that now we wait... and the quest will not complete. Talked to everyone, but the only option if for Calume to repeat the quest dialogue again and still didnt complete. Tried it on all channels.. nothing. my friend also is having the same issue when he tried to fix it. THIS IS ANOTHER BUG. Come on RoM get this stuff fixed. I would really appreciate an answer with possible solutions to this ASAP

If this is the quest I'm thinking of, are you at the harbor end of Lechif?

If so, try activating the quest and standing right in amongst the group rather than at the edge.
