Runes of Magic US / AU

Recently many of the people in my guild have noticed since we reached level 5 family buff that we get a 15 second buff called Family Ties, while this buff is ok with its 10-15% attack speed it over rides the house maid potion 'Clear Thought'. This family ties buff comes up at random and is a real pain in the backside for healers who need clear thought for the increase in healing speed. Also this buff can appear many times per minute, if you reapply clear thought a second later it can be knocked off with family ties, leaving you with no clear though cause it is usually on cool down.
