Aggregator Glitched on me

I'm one for aggregating my weap every few weeks, and yesterday morning I was helping some peeps in guild with ZS when a bad tooth dropped. So I go to agg it(checking final result, and position of items placed in the agg) when it finished i received the bad tooth with my staff aggregated to it.. I sent a ticket, but ive heard plenty of ppl saying it might take a month for anything to be done.. not cool.
