daily npcs in frontline camp transport

On two separate toons, I have been transported to eye of wisdom hall in varanas when talking to the daily npcs in frontline camp. One charater was picking up the twisted soul daily, and the other was turning in the butterflies. Both were able to pickup and turn in before and after just fine, so it seems random.
