Runes of Magic US / AU

I am posting a new thread for this over here because I guess technically it's a different quest that is broken (at least for me).

The original quest that was broken was "Missing Loub" in chrysalia. The original thread is here: http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=78864

After the 5.011 patch (think thats right), Jill finally appeared and I was able to complete the "Missing Loub" quest. However the very next quest in the chain is bugged as well. Morrok Wallinder is supposed to appear next to Papp Hesof and offer the "Opposite Ends of the Scale" quest. I have no Morrok there, and no other quests available in the zone, with the exception of Garon's Nest area, which I cannot get to at this point in the questline. This I'm sure is related to being a player that was "broken" on the first quest, otherwise it would not occur.

Begging for a fix as this has been broken for a very long time now. Chrysalia is 8 months old and my main character has been unable to complete main questline quests since then. I don't think it's too much to ask for that this be given some kind of higher priority treatment at support. Two entire new zones have been released since then and this is still broken.
