A Weeping Egnasia Bugged

NPC Giver: Sam Wanchister
Location: Lyndon Camp, Syrbal Pass.
"[Find out the truth of the Weeping]"
-gives "Sound Tracking Device"

So what you have to do apparently is (optionally) use the Sound Tracking Device, a purple orb appears and points you into the direction of the skeletal remain of the girl your looking for (its essentially the quest turn in point). The Sound Tracking Device can be used unlimited times and can spam it as fast as your fingers can press it, i thought that was funny. But you get to the skeletal remains and... nothing happens. Talked to people in the zone and guild and world, it seems to be bugged

Its been explained that it's not a bug, but what do the people who are stuck on it to do? RoM should provide a work around as it was never mentioned to do the quest in a specific sequence to complete. Just saying what went wrong is not a solution, some steps must be taken to help players complete it. Also in future it should be specified in the quest as to what order the players have to follow to complete them.
